Celebrity chef duo Abbey Cook and Lish Steiling, The Taste Curators, bring the dinner party to you. You'll work with them to design a seasonal menu, served wherever you choose to host. Between courses, they'll send out a series of surprises: amuse-bouches, bites, and palate cleansers that are all brilliantly, unexpectedly blue.
This is textile thinking you can taste. When The Taste Curators last visited TATTER, they imagined what objects from our collection might taste like. Expect that same playful, curious spirit at your table. Each guest goes home with a copy of their cookbook, Palate Palette (the Blue Edition), so the evening lasts beyond the last bite.

The Taste Curators are a wife duo who inspire joy by showcasing the connections between food, fashion, and color. Through talks, private dinners, collaborations, and special events, they bring together their professional worlds in a creative and experiential way. They have a cookbook series called Palate Palette where they link the flavor palates of food to the color palettes of design. They have worked with FIT, Virgin Voyages, Tilit, Frey Ranch, COS Bar, Siren Shrubs, and have been featured in Table Magazine and the Cherry Bombe newsletter.
